Minor Slamd64 12.1 Change

"I am happy to announce that thanks to superior hardware support, especially for modern Creative sound cards, Slamd64 Linux will become Slamd64 GNU/Hurd in 12.1."

Update: Having received some entries for the logo competition, but for Slamd64 GNU/Hurd, I'd like to clarify this was an April Fool's Day joke.
